Your Legare timepiece is designed to accompany a lifetime of daily wear. The following recommendations will help preserve its precision and longevity.

Wind the movement by turning the crown clockwise until a gentle resistance is felt. The movement is fully wound at this point. Do not force the crown beyond its natural stop.

Although the movement provides a power reserve of approximately 50 hours, we recommend winding it once each day, preferably at the same time, to ensure optimum performance.

Gently pull the crown to the time-setting position (Position I).

Turn the crown to set the desired time.

Push the crown fully back into its normal position (Position 0).

Each Legare timepiece is assembled and adjusted with exceptional care. To preserve its performance, avoid severe shocks, strong magnetic fields, and prolonged exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

Clean the case with a soft, dry cloth. After exposure to salt water, rinse the timepiece with fresh water and dry it thoroughly.

Your timepiece is water resistant to 5 ATM (50m / 165ft). Always ensure the crown is fully returned to its normal position before exposure to water. Never operate the crown while the timepiece is wet or submerged.

Each Legare timepiece is covered by a two-year international warranty from the date of original retail purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use.

During the warranty period, repairs will be carried out free of charge by an official Legare Service Center, arranged through an authorized Legare retailer.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage caused by improper handling, shocks, or exposure beyond the stated water-resistance rating
• Defects resulting from exposure to strong magnetic fields or extreme environmental conditions
• Theft or loss
• Straps, bracelets, crystals, or cosmetic damage unless resulting from a manufacturing defect
• Service or repairs carried out by non-authorized service centers

Conditions

The warranty is valid only if accompanied by the original dated warranty card and proof of purchase.
Any alteration, forgery, or removal of serial numbers voids the warranty.

Like every finely crafted mechanical instrument, your timepiece will benefit from periodic servicing by authorized Service Centers.

Beyond the two-year warranty period, Legare recommends that all maintenance and repair work be entrusted exclusively to an authorized Legare Service Center, thereby ensuring continued precision, reliability and longevity of your timepiece.

All servicing operations shall be performed only after a repair estimate has been submitted to and approved by the owner.
